Larry Singer Larry Singer is Vice President and Director of Corporate Services for Coldwell Banker Commercial ETN. He is responsible for business development on a local and national basis. During his 25 year career in commercial real estate Mr. Singer has represented some of the countries largest companies in acquisition of corporate real estate including Northern Telecom, American Express, Levi Strauss and Company. Mr. Singer also has extensive experience working with government agencies including The United States Postal Service, The Government Services Administration, the State of Nevada and Clark County. Larry is an active member of the community having served as Chairman of the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at UNLV and is the past Current Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada. He is a past President of the Business council of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and has served as a Chamber of Commerce Trustee. |
