Isaac Cohen President and CEO, INVERWAY LLC, a Washington DC based company dedicated to business development in the Western Hemisphere. 1974-1998: twenty-four years with the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). From 1974 to 1985, at ECLAC's Mexico Office, as Economic Affairs Officer in charge of economic integration in Central America.
