Business Background

Ms. Sich is the Redevelopment Finance Officer for the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency. She is responsible for the overall financial management of the Agency, including financing strategy through tax increment bonds, budget development and monitoring, and project impact studies. In addition to financial responsibilities, Ms. Sich also writes grants, assists with promotional event development, pursues corporate sponsorships, and serves as the redevelopment representative for the Interdepartmental Team.

Ms. Sich, a Government Finance Officer's Association member, has been in the governmental accounting arena for over 13 years. Previous positions include:

•  Administrative Assistant – City of Henderson, Community Development Department, December 1999 to May 2000.

•  Chief Finance and Development Officer – Henderson District Public Libraries, April 1999 to December 1999.
