EXECUTIVE MENTOR INTRODUCING EXECUTIVE MENTORING SERVICES Over the last forty-seven years David has been responsible for the management of over 10,000 employees in aggregate. His expertise spans seventeen various industries in over a dozen different countries. David has served on the Board of Directors of three public companies. He has worked on Wall Street and has been CEO to many companies. He has introduced cross-country culture caucus to develop corporate culture, with a common denominator for all subsidiaries. In 1994, David formed Integrity Ventures Inc, a venture capital fund, investing in First Stage start-ups in Israel. The fund invested in the high tech field of multi-media software development, hypertext software technology, data communications, hardware and software. In Israel, Integrity Ventures introduced the corporate culture consulting services of Wally Olin, a world-renowned UK authority of Wolf Olins, Ltd. This activity was well received by a variety of Israeli companies. In 1998, David joined Solid ISG Group, Ltd. as a Vice President. By 1999 he was named CEO of the corporation with branches in the UK, Germany and Israel. Solid, through its investment bank subsidiaries, Solid ISG Capital USA, Inc. and Solid ISG Capital Markets LLC, was involved in a range of services including private placements, IPOs as a lead or co-manager, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations, fairness opinions, financial advisory services, retail brokerage and market making. Throughout David’s career, he has been invited to lecture at various institutions such as: The Israeli Institute of Works Measurement, The Israel Export Institute, The Jerusalem Institute of Management, Imperial College, London, UK, Institute of Directors, London, UK and Tel Aviv University. He has served as an independent Board Director of Balat Bank Ltd., a subsidiary of the Industrial Development Bank of Israel. His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, presented Mr. Sinigaglia with the London Sunday Times Business Export Award. His creation of the Crayonne collection of products was honored by the London Design Center Award. Mr. Sinigaglia is currently residing in Las Vegas. With "people" being his core business, he provides a wide range of executive mentoring services to a multitude of businesses. His interactive mentoring process is designed to improve performance.
