Cory Evans Sales Manager Mortgage Lender B.U.S.E. Event Coordinator Cory Evans is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada and at a young age developed a passion for art and travel when he was accepted to RLS Preparatory School in Pebble Beach, California. Cory completed his art education with a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and thrived by selling his artwork at a variety of Los Angeles-based art galleries. His adventurous interests brought him to the island of Maui where he lived for 3 years and worked for the Four Season Resort, Maui. He was then was offered the opportunity to manage pre-opening duties for the Four Seasons Hotel, Las Vegas. After successfully opening the Las Vegas based operation, Cory accepted a position to open the Regent Wall Street in Manhattan where he helped coordinate and operate the most exclusive private events in Manhattan at the Regent Wall Street, home to the original New York Stock Exchange. After living in such diverse places, Cory decided to couple his service skills with his entrepreneurial instincts and moved back to Las Vegas in 2000 to team up with Jimmy Foster, along-time friend. They operated LUCID Entertainment together to create a host of successful marketing campaigns for a variety of nightlife venues. This led to the formation of Blue Man Moving; the marketing company that conceived, marketed and operated Curve NightClub inside the London Club at the Aladdin Casino. Cory became the Promotional Director at Curve until he changed gears at the end of 2002 and jumped into the hugely-growing mortgage industry. After finding success within the mortgage industry, Cory will be the Sales Manager for a large California-based mortgage company who will also open its doors here in Las Vegas by the end of the summer. You can also expect to see Cory Evans regularly B.U.S.E., where he will assume the duties of coordinating and hosting events designed to invoke creative and dynamic discussions concerning our mutual interest of promoting industry in Las Vegas. |
