Is your email client HTML capable? If not, you must be using an HTML compatible email client to read and respond to the
B.U.S.E. newsletters. If you do not have an HTML capable email client, you must change the status of your subscription from HTML
to TEXT. To do this, next time you receive the B.U.S.E. newsletter, click on the, “Update Profile” link located at the bottom of
the email newsletter. If you cannot find this link, or are unable to reach it, email support@buseclub.com with your email address
that was used to subscribe to the newsletter and our support team will manually change your status for you.
Is the email address you originally signed up with forwarded to a different email address that is no longer receiving
email?
Is your email sent and or received through a corporate firewall? If so, contact your systems administrator to make sure
that they allow our domain through your email server. Our email newsletter domain is: topica.email-publisher.com
Do you have any filters on in your email client that would prohibit the B.U.S.E. newsletter from being delivered directly
into your inbox? If so, disable these filters that would pick up the B.U.S.E. newsletter so that it may reach your inbox.
Is the B.U.S.E. newsletter being delivered to a bulk mail or junk mail folder or directly to your recycle bin or
trash folder? If so, simply redirect the destination to your inbox.

staff will work on the problem and contact you with resolution.
